When I think of Thailand, I immediately the modern pantry get back wanderlust, plenty of great moments and experiences I can connect with Thailand and for years I am a great lover of good authentic Thai cuisine. During my stay in Bangkok there are guaranteed every evening fine Thai cuisine, but when I'm in Germany, it is difficult to find a "genuine Thai restaurant". My favorite for many years - the "O'Sha" in Nuremberg in the city center.
Since I was no longer in Nuremberg, unfortunately, for many months, it was hard to find a good restaurant. I just wanted to try it again in Frankfurt again, go to the city center and just look at the best Thai restaurant in town once - but probably the best restaurant is not listed in TripAdvisor among Thai restaurants.
By chance I learned during my report and photos at Flavors that the menu would not necessarily the modern pantry be binding if the guest once something special and the hotel can fulfill it. This time it was not a question of whether you can swap the vegetables for another side dish, but also a completely different the modern pantry dish can be assembled. I could not really believe and have, however, announced me for another night for dinner the modern pantry again. Instead delicious steaks, there should be a "Thai evening" and a 3-course menu from Thailand the modern pantry with a Thai cook!
I was excited to once again enjoy dining out without advance to give you a look at the menu. Simply a "3-course menu - Thailand experience" just sounded fantastic. Where there are always two great dangers the modern pantry in good Thai food in many restaurants: Is it too hard, the special taste of the remaining spices the modern pantry is suppressed Does it taste "artificial" or really, like a Thai family in Bangkok
Cute and especially important to ask before the beginning of the evening, as I want my dinner as pungent as. I can only recommend you not to want to be seen as a hero of your friends and family and sharpness as "original Thai - extra spicy" to choose, as if you would live in Bangkok for years. The sharpness "Thai - European" was a good decision, dinner was spicy but not too spicy. The milk for the emergency was offered to me before the first course and I was really excited to see what to expect.
The Thai 3-course menu was also a kind of "surprise", I knew no court in advance, could also open kitchen despite bad guess what might come, and I must admit I was rarely so excited. Thai dinner in Frankfurt - A journey through the modern pantry Thailand
After a very personal "greeting from the kitchen" homemade spring rolls, Thai style should therefore start my 3-course meal. After the good taste of spring rolls, I was the one still tense, the modern pantry on the next course, on the other hand I could have good feed on the spring rolls. Really homemade spring rolls with Thai spices are absolutely not to be compared with the known products! So really like to try.
To my surprise thai menu has dishes were put together for me and I could now alone again, just book a dinner ... :) appetizer: Som Tam -
