PE Kuršėnai Hospital implemented a European Union-funded project

PE Kuršėnai Hospital implemented a European Union-funded project "outpatient supportive care and nursing service quality PE Kuršėnai the hospital." Thanks to the implementation of the project results, the body will be able to provide residents a better quality, more affordable health care services, improve services and hygiene conditions of body image, it will increase the confidence of the population, will create invita preconditions for growth in the number of patients.
Aim of the project invita - to better meet part of Siauliai district residents' health care needs and to reduce their incidence and to ensure high quality and accessible outpatient and inpatient services, the modernization of Public Kuršėnų hospital outpatient consultation, invita treatment and palliative care unit infrastructure.
One of the main tasks of the project - the modernization of Public Kuršėnų secondary level hospitals and outpatient treatment and palliative care services infrastructure, acquisition of modern high-quality health care services to provide the necessary medical equipment and the maintenance treatment and nursing department as well.
During the project, the reconstructed PE Kuršėnai hospital premises associated with palliative care and treatment services: invita reconstruction of about 259.47 sq. m. area of the hospital premises. Also updated medical equipment for PE Kuršėnai hospital polyclinic (X-ray machine, ultrasound scanner versatile, gastroscope) and nursing and supportive invita care (MR, defibrillator, washing machine disinfection, mobile patient hoist, trolley washer, portable bed, a walk-in shower, Wall Scrolls et al.) unit.
The project was implemented in the 2007-2013. Cohesion Action Plan, Priority 2 "Public service quality and accessibility of health care, education and social infrastructure" VP3-2.1-SAM-10-V, outpatient, nursing and supportive care service development invita and optimization of inpatient services "(Project No. VP3- 2.1-SAM-10-V-01-044).
