Toate plafoanele apartamentului au fost placate cu gips-carton. Inainte kitchen w8 de inceperea lucrarilor propriu-zise, a fost realizata instalatia electrica. Odata incheiata kitchen w8 constructia sche­letului metalic, in acesta au fost introduse fasii din vata minerala de sticla. Proprietarii au dorit acest strat suplimentar, nu atat pentru rolul lui termoizolant, cat pentru cel fonoizolant. Vata minerala a fost fixata prin introducerea intre montantii metalici a unor baghete din gips-carton (foto 5).
Intreaga structura a fost inchisa cu placi din gips-carton, care au fost fixate pe elementele metalice cu suruburi autofiletante. Tavanele false au fost folosite drept baza pentru construirea unor scafe decorative (foto 6).
