I find great beauty in a clean cut, straight lines - and prefer my design to let materials and small details come forward and together create product expression. Design is as real life - it's the little things, the details that make the difference.
Mette Ditmer has designed and sold home accessories under its own name since 1995. Design craft is self-taught. Interest in the design, shape and colors she has had since childhood - and it's only been strengthened and further developed over the years.

All Mette Ditmer accessories are partially hand-processed: all glass products are hand-painted, and all earthenware and poly products have been through many careful hands in the production process - from the first mold for the final finish.
